High Balance Quality Grade

Wide Performance Range of High Efficiency
The wheel has stable and flat performance curves over a wide range of operating conditions which can efficiently avoid performance drop as the operating point moves up or down.
Belt Drive and Coupling Drive
The fan shaft shall be treated through hardening and tempering and finish turning processes up to the hardness level of HB250-280. Its maximum load shall be 35% more than the highest fan speed. The shaft shall be supported by two bearings with L10 rating service life of over 80000 hours. It shall be sealed and can be lubricated under normal operating temperatures. The pulley shall be of cast iron type and shall be sized for a minimum of 150% of the driving power. There shall be pulley and belt guard. Flexible coupling equipped with a guard shall be used. The factor of safety of power transmission and torsion shall meet the design requirements.
1.Venturi inlet shall match the front disc precisely to avoid turbulent flow and air leakages, so that the air flows more smoothly to improve aerodynamic performance.
2.Optimized design repeatedly of CFD flow field simulation to ensure aerodynamic performance complied with the flow field characteristics.
3.Excellent aerodynamic performance, the maximum efficiency is up to 81%.
